Jeff S. Nelson and Sharon J. Nelson are the second generation of NPG Asphalt. NPG was founded in 1961 by Jewell M. Nelson. Jewell retired in the late 1970s and became a well-known developer in California.
Jeff became president of NPG in 1981, and Sharon became CEO in 1982. Today, NPG has over 100 employees and has grown to offer far more services than the standard paving contractor, thanks to Jeff's General Engineering and General Building licenses.
Jeff and Sharon were high school sweethearts and have been married for over 40 years, working side by side throughout. We thank everyone for your continued support and partnership with our family business.
